When I added another vehicle to my policy, I was told the Drive Safe & Save beacon would be mailed to me and that I only needed to activate it once it arrived. I never received it, and when I called to follow up, I was then told I was supposed to request it myself through the app.
Because I relied on the incorrect information I was given, the discount was removed and my premium increased significantly. I emailed both the office and the manager asking them to review the situation, the phone recordings, and my billing, but no one has contacted me or even acknowledged my complaint.
Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer instead of trying to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I have been a customer for years and expected better communication, accountability, and service."
